Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga practiced either sitting in or supported by a chair. It is a great way to relax from head to toe while improving strength, ﬂexibility and having fun too.
Our book club fosters imagination and is a great way for people who enjoy reading and gathering to discuss their opinions. Our residents select a new book each month, and meet for snacks and a lively discussion of the characters, plot and the ending of course!

Each Saturday we show a feature ﬁlm. The movie title is posted at the beginning of each week and popcorn and Coke are provided. Of course, family members are always welcome to join us as well.

We invite a guest author, subject matter expert or teacher to deliver a thought-provoking lecture. From world history to current events, local folklore to random musings, there’s a topic for everyone.
Crocheting & Knitting
We offer weekly crocheting and knitting groups open to both male and female residents. Knitting has made a comeback and promotes beneﬁts like relaxation, mindfulness and social engagement. Instructors are provided.
Photography & Social Media
Learn the basics of digital photography and how to get just the right image. You can also learn how to share your photos directly or on social media to stay connected with family and friends across the country and around the globe.
Bowl a strike at our in-facility bowling alley. The lane is open extended hours each day, so bring your snacks and friends for a good time throwing strikes (or gutter balls).
Fun & Games
We offer a full schedule of old-fashioned fun with games ranging from the traditional to those designed to boost memory and brain health. The weekly gaming schedule varies, and all are welcome to participate.
