Long-Term Care
The Farms at Puryear offers individualized care which meets both the medical and non-medical needs of residents who prefer not to care for themselves for long periods. We focus on personalized services that promote independence and maximize our residents’ quality of life. We offer assistance with normal daily tasks like personal hygiene and clothing. Long-term care residents have access to our highly trained team members to address any needs that may arise.
Skilled Care
When residents need the specialized skills of a physical therapist, occupational therapist or speech therapist our highly-trained team of therapy experts specialize in nurturing a speedy recovery and a quick return home.
